⏰ Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges
You have 15 days from the date you receive your package to request a return or exchange. Please note that all items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the magical experience for all our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Cardholders & Wallets – Due to the personal nature of these items and to maintain payment security
- Zip Around Wallets – For the same security reasons as above
- Items that show signs of wear or use
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance events (unless defective)

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Step 3: Package Your Item

- The item in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging
- The return authorization number visible on the package

💰 Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges: We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
Payment Method Refund Times:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
